Mozy seems much cheaper than SugarSync since it offers unlimited backup for just $4.95/month. It seems on par with Carbonite ($50/year). I'm pretty sure I'm going to make the jump sooner than later. I don't have any video, but I do have a whole bunch of raw pictures and a fairly big CD collection. The software is simple - the downside is that your backup speed is limited by the speed of your internet connection. My initial backup took a few *weeks*, but now the incremental happens every night. That's in addition to an xcopy to an external drive that happens each night. I signed up for Mozy a while back. I suggest you to try this data protective, service continuity solution which I myself use in our very active home network. It is called Backup prOxy Server (BOS - www.bos.co.il) and makes of course backups and I recover whatever I need (also deleted files)in a blink, but it also contains many features for tricky situations. Good luck I don’t like any strangers having my data in their hands.
