In between the snow and rain today, there was a little bit of sun that came out for a few minutes. I tried to make the most of it to shoot a few pictures of anything really to give me enough material to try to create my first multiple-exposure HDR image. The image on the side is what I ended up with–not really as cool as I was hoping but it’ll do as a first try. If you want to see some really interesting HDR images or learn more about it, check out these pages:
- The HDR Wikipedia page is a great place to start.
- Flickr’s seemingly neverending list of great HDR examples.
- Tons of blogs out there showing off a lot of HDR goodness. Here’s one example: Stuck in Customs.
Once you look through some of those, especially the flickr set, you’ll realize I must have missed a step or something in mine. :)
