For some reason I always end up forgetting where to save MP3s on my Windows Mobile Smartphone to get them to show up as ringtones. Given that I’m my most (and probably only) loyal reader of this blog I figured I’d cater to myself and remind myself in advance that the place to drop the MP3s is \Application Data\Sounds. You’d think that would be easy to figure out each time but I always spend more time than I should and I always have the same difficulty searching for it on the web as well.

so I had some mp3/wmas set up as ring tones and every time the phone rang I thought someone else on the bus had a wicked taste in music… it always took me about 30 seconds to realize it was my phone if someone else didnt point out that it was me who was emitting the fine music…
