This document seems to be the best instructions I’ve seen so far available anywhere to get your smartphone syncing with ActiveSync using Bluetooth. I haven’t tried it yet, as my machine with bluetooth is in my office (and I’m not right now) but based on some other folks commenting on this document it seems to have worked for several people so far.
